Palestinian-Danish director Mahdi Fleifel, known for his compelling documentaries that give voice and agency to Palestinian refugees, makes his narrative feature debut with an unflinching and emotionally shattering portrayal of two Palestinian cousins trapped in Athens. Locked in a relentless struggle for survival, their emotional journey is anchored by heartfelt performances. Fleifel balances the raw intensity of the story with a tender touch.

Artist Ahmad Mallah will give an introduction before the film to speak from the perspective of a Palestinian artist and maker living and working in the diaspora.
Mallah is a Palestinian artist born and raised in Syria. He holds a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the St. Joost Academy in Breda and currently lives and works in Amsterdam. His art revolves around themes of war, diaspora, identity, gender, and the body. Mallah uses various art forms to document his personal and political experiences

Roos Ykema director of MiGreat, She fights for border abolition, organizes campaigns and direct actions against deportations, worked on Europe's deadly borders as a grassroot humanitarian and is involved in the Palestine movement.
Esme (No name Kitchen)
Esme is an activist and grassroots aid worker, and has worked on various European borders including Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, France, Italy, Morocco, and Turkey. She is currently coordinates No Name Kitchen's border violence monitoring, fighting to document the systemic injustice of the European border regime.
Hidaya Nampiima co-founder & spokesperson for Amsterdam City Right. Hidaya Nampiima is co-founder and spokesperson of Amsterdam City Rights, an organisation supporting undocumented people living in Amsterdam.
